Expert Fiat DPF cleaning
The diesel particulate filter on your Fiat — fitted with the MultiJet diesel engine — captures soot from the exhaust and burns it off during regeneration. Fiat Ducato vans driven around the city are among the most common DPF blockages we see. When the filter blocks, you'll often see a warning light, lose power, use more fuel, or drop into limp mode.
Rather than replacing an expensive factory part, our off-car cleaning process removes the trapped soot and ash and restores your Fiat DPF to near-original flow — for a fraction of the cost.
Common signs on your Fiat
Fiat Ducato vans doing constant inner-Sydney deliveries are one of the most common DPF jobs on our bench — stop-start driving with a loaded cargo bay is almost the textbook definition of conditions that block a filter fast.
A blocked filter on this engine family can trigger fault codes such as P2002, P242F — both indicate the DPF needs attention rather than a new part.
Fiat models we service
We clean DPFs across the Fiat diesel range, including popular models such as Ducato, 500, Punto MultiJet, as well as other Fiat diesels. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just call us.
