Expert Renault DPF cleaning
The diesel particulate filter on your Renault — fitted with the dCi diesel engine — captures soot from the exhaust and burns it off during regeneration. Renault Trafic and Master vans are common DPF blockages from constant city work. When the filter blocks, you'll often see a warning light, lose power, use more fuel, or drop into limp mode.
Rather than replacing an expensive factory part, our off-car cleaning process removes the trapped soot and ash and restores your Renault DPF to near-original flow — for a fraction of the cost.
Common signs on your Renault
Renault's dCi engines, developed under the Renault-Nissan alliance, power a huge share of Sydney's trade vans — the Trafic and Master in particular rack up short, loaded, stop-start kilometres that are hard on any DPF.
A blocked filter on this engine family can trigger fault codes such as P2002, P0299 — both indicate the DPF needs attention rather than a new part.
