Expert Toyota DPF cleaning
The diesel particulate filter on your Toyota — fitted with the 1GD-FTV / 2GD-FTV / 1VD-FTV diesel engine — captures soot from the exhaust and burns it off during regeneration. Toyota Hilux and HiAce DPFs are among the most common cleaning jobs we handle. When the filter blocks, you'll often see a warning light, lose power, use more fuel, or drop into limp mode.
Rather than replacing an expensive factory part, our off-car cleaning process removes the trapped soot and ash and restores your Toyota DPF to near-original flow — for a fraction of the cost.
Common signs on your Toyota
Toyota's Hilux and HiAce are two of the most common vehicles on our bench — the 1GD-FTV and 2GD-FTV engines are everywhere in Sydney fleets, and tradie and courier duty cycles mean we see multiple blocked filters from these models every week.
A blocked filter on this engine family can trigger fault codes such as P2463, P244B — both indicate the DPF needs attention rather than a new part.
Toyota models we service
We clean DPFs across the Toyota diesel range, including popular models such as Hilux, Prado, LandCruiser, HiAce D-4D, as well as other Toyota diesels. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just call us.
