Expert Suzuki DPF cleaning
The diesel particulate filter on your Suzuki — fitted with the DDiS diesel (Fiat-sourced) engine — captures soot from the exhaust and burns it off during regeneration. Suzuki DDiS diesels can log DPF faults when regens are interrupted. When the filter blocks, you'll often see a warning light, lose power, use more fuel, or drop into limp mode.
Rather than replacing an expensive factory part, our off-car cleaning process removes the trapped soot and ash and restores your Suzuki DPF to near-original flow — for a fraction of the cost.
Common signs on your Suzuki
Suzuki's DDiS engines are built under licence from Fiat's MultiJet family, and the Vitara and S-Cross see the same city-driving blockage pattern as their Fiat cousins — short trips that never let the regeneration cycle finish.
A blocked filter on this engine family can trigger fault codes such as P2002, P242F — both indicate the DPF needs attention rather than a new part.
