Expert LDV DPF cleaning
The diesel particulate filter on your LDV — fitted with the SAIC-sourced turbo-diesel engine — captures soot from the exhaust and burns it off during regeneration. LDV utes and vans are a popular budget diesel choice in Australia, and their DPF fills quickly on fleet and delivery duty. When the filter blocks, you'll often see a warning light, lose power, use more fuel, or drop into limp mode.
Rather than replacing an expensive factory part, our off-car cleaning process removes the trapped soot and ash and restores your LDV DPF to near-original flow — for a fraction of the cost.
Common signs on your LDV
LDV's T60 ute and Deliver 9 van have become common on Australian worksites and delivery runs, and as a newer entrant to the market many owners aren't yet familiar with DPF care — leaving filters to block up further than they would on a well-maintained older platform.
A blocked filter on this engine family can trigger fault codes such as P2002, P242F — both indicate the DPF needs attention rather than a new part.
